By installing or using RecStudio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the extension.

2. Description of Service

RecStudio is a Chrome extension that allows you to record your screen, edit recordings, and export videos. The service is provided as-is.

3. Free and Pro Tiers

RecStudio offers a free tier with limited features and a Pro tier available for a one-time purchase of $30. Pro features include watermark-free exports, HD and Original quality, and access to all recordings.

4. License Key

Upon purchasing Pro, you receive a license key. This key is personal and non-transferable. Each key is valid for one user across their Chrome-synced devices. Sharing, reselling, or distributing license keys is prohibited.

5. Refunds

RecStudio Pro is a one-time digital license delivered immediately after payment. Because access is granted instantly and the license key can be activated right away, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

6. Data and Privacy

Your recordings are stored locally on your device. We do not access or collect your recording data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Limitation of Liability

RecStudio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the extension.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of RecStudio after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
